Gabon: Checked the President, the Vice President and the 29-member government against the Journal Officiel of 1 January 2026, fixed accents and two spellings, then applied the 11 October 2026 reshuffle reported by the press: five ministers out, eight in, five with new posts. Changed records are marked unverified until the decree is on an official page.

Ethiopia: Confirmed the Prime Minister, Deputy Prime Minister and all 22 ministers against the Prime Minister's Office list, which matches the cabinet approved on 8 October 2026, plus the Supreme Court president, election board chair and central bank governor. The two parliament speakers and the President could not be confirmed from an official page. Checked on 11 Oct 2026.

Eswatini: Published the central bank governor (Phil Mnisi) after checking the Central Bank of Eswatini site on 11 Oct 2026; the King, the Prime Minister and all 20 cabinet entries stay marked unverified because the government portal did not answer.

Eritrea: Corrected the spelling of the President's name, replaced the Education and Local Government ministers (the Education minister Semere Russom died in July), fixed three more spellings and added the Minister of Public Works. Checked against the Ministry of Information's 2026 reports on 11 Oct 2026; five rows still lack an official source.

Equatorial Guinea: Checked the President, Vice President, Prime Minister and the whole government against decrees 59, 60 and 61 of June 2026 on the government website, corrected ranks and name spellings, added the 22 Secretaries of State and removed the Vice Minister for Treasury who died in September. Checked on 11 Oct 2026.

Guiné Equatorial

Egypt: Replaced the Civil Aviation minister, renamed the Religious Affairs post to Endowments and the Trade and Industry post to Industry, fixed eight name spellings, removed a duplicate Environment line and set the Central Bank governor to non-acting. The US ambassador line is unpublished until it can be confirmed. Checked against the Presidency and Cabinet websites on 11 Oct 2026. Set the UN Permanent Representative name to the UN form.

Djibouti: Corrected the Prime Minister in the cabinet list (it showed the Justice Minister), replaced the Central Bank Governor and checked all 26 ministers against the Presidency list and the May 2026 decree. Checked on 11 Oct 2026.

Democratic Republic of the Congo: Corrected the DR Congo central bank governor, the President's name spelling, the Health and Industry holders' sources and the spelling of about 30 ministers' names, removed a duplicate Property Affairs post and added 11 ministers delegate and vice-ministers. Checked against the Prime Minister's office, presidency, central bank and ministry sites on 11 Oct 2026. Corrected the order of the UN Permanent Representative name.

RD Congo

Cote d'Ivoire: Rebuilt the whole cabinet from the official list of the Beugré Mambé government of 23 January 2026: nine ministers were already right, 17 changed post or spelling, and eight new members were added (four ministers and four ministers delegate). Eight old rows were dropped, among them the old Foreign Affairs minister, Kacou Leon Adom, and the old Water and Forests minister, Laurent Tchagba. Head of state, Vice President and Prime Minister now carry official sources. Checked on 11 Oct 2026. Added the accent to the UN Permanent Representative name.

Costa do Marfim

Congo (Brazzaville): Confirmed the Congo head of state and Prime Minister on official pages and checked all 42 ministers against the government portal, correcting one first name and the spelling or title of about 30 more. Checked against gouvernement.cg and presidence.cg on 11 Oct 2026.

Comoros: Confirmed the President, the central bank Governor and the Finance Minister against official pages; the other fourteen ministers and the Secretary General stay marked unverified because no official page or decree text for the February 2026 government could be reached. Checked on 11 Oct 2026.

Comores

Chad: Checked the President, the Prime Minister and all 39 members of the government against the official list for the decree of 1 April 2026. Everyone is still in post. Corrected the spelling of 23 names (including the Prime Minister, now Allah-Maye Halina) and one portfolio title. Checked on 11 Oct 2026.

Chade

Central African Republic: Confirmed the President, Prime Minister, central bank governor and 18 ministers on official Central African pages, corrected the Commerce minister's first name and the spelling of four other names. 15 ministers are named only in the press copy of the 21 May decree and stay unverified. Checked on 11 Oct 2026.

República Centro-Africana

Cameroon: Rebuilt Cameroon's government from the Prime Minister's Office list: replaced the ministers of Justice, Transport, Employment, Mines and Tourism, dropped one duplicate post, added ministers delegate and secretaries of state, and fixed the spelling of 17 names. Checked against the Prime Minister's Office list on 11 Oct 2026.

Cabo Verde: Replaced the Prime Minister (Francisco Avelino Vieira de Carvalho took over from Ulisses Correia e Silva on 19 June 2026), published the head of state and head of government, and restored accents on ten minister names. Checked against the Boletim Oficial of 19 June 2026 and the government portal on 11 Oct 2026.

Cabo Verde

Burundi: Replaced four ministers who had left (Justice, Infrastructure, Health, Communication), fixed portfolio titles and three spellings, and moved all sources to the Presidency government page, the April 2026 and August 2025 decrees and the central bank site. Checked on 11 Oct 2026.

Burkina Faso: Checked the Burkina Faso government against decree 2026-0006 and the Primature list, added the Secretary General of the Government and the Minister Director of Cabinet and fixed the spelling of four names. Checked on 11 Oct 2026.

Botswana: Replaced the Minister of Transport and Infrastructure (now Noah Salakae), moved Keoagile Atamelang to Assistant Minister, removed one assistant minister not on the official list, corrected four assistant portfolios and switched names to the official full forms. Checked against the Government of Botswana leadership pages on 11 Oct 2026.

Botsuana

Benin: Replaced President Patrice Talon with President Romuald Wadagni (inaugurated 24 May 2026), added the Vice President, Mariam Chabi Talata, and fixed 14 spellings in the cabinet. All 25 members match the official government page. Checked on 11 Oct 2026.

Angola: Checked all 28 ministers, the President, the Vice President and the central bank governor against the Government of Angola portal and the National Bank of Angola site. Restored the accents in two names, added the Veterans of the Homeland part of the Defence title and fixed one appointment date. Angola has no prime minister. Checked on 11 Oct 2026.
