Partial: 2023/24: health is national government only and leaves out county health spending; Treasury states no total for infrastructure, agriculture or social protection; 2024/25: health is national government only and leaves out county health spending; Treasury states totals for some sectors only; 2025/26: health is national government only and leaves out county health spending; Treasury states totals for some sectors only; 2026/27: health is national government only and leaves out county health spending; Treasury states no total for infrastructure. A partial share understates the sector.
The Treasury states sector totals in its budget summary tables for some years and in its budget speech for others, and the two differ for the same year, so a change in a sector's share between years can reflect the source as well as the budget.
