Status is Current while the last refresh is no older than twice the normal refresh interval, and Overdue after that. Dates are the retrieval or generation date written in each data file.
Every CSV is free to use under CC BY 4.0. Cite it as PollsAfrica. The licence is repeated in the last column of each file. See every change in the data changelog, and read every survey question we ask in the question bank. Each file is also open as read-only JSON, with no key needed. The list of files, record counts and update dates is at /data/json/index.json, and every file carries the licence and a ready citation. API access
The CSV and open JSON files above cover most uses and need no key. If you want filtered, paged rows from code, ask for a free key to the Africa data API.
