National Assembly of Seychelles: members
Seychelles' National Assembly, elected on 27 September 2025 and sworn in at its first sitting on 28 October 2025. 26 of the 34 seats are elected district by district, one for each electoral district, and 8 are allocated proportionally; the Assembly prints the Speaker as one of the proportional members. All 34 sitting members are listed here with the party the Assembly prints for each, their district where they hold one, and a photograph where the archive preserved one, with the declared 2025 result beside the count as it stands today. This page lists 34 members for which we hold a source link, out of 34 seats. Party is the party shown on our record. We last checked it on 22 Oct 2026.
Member names, districts, party labels, offices and portraits come from the National Assembly of Seychelles's membership table for the 8th Assembly, captured on 12 December 2025 from the Internet Archive because the Assembly's own site was not serving pages when the list was read on 22 October 2026. The date the 8th Assembly first sat and swore in its members, 28 October 2025, is from the Assembly's own record of that first meeting and the verbatim report of the sitting. Party totals match the declared outcome of the 27 September 2025 general election: United Seychelles 19, Linyon Demokratik Seselwa 15. Licence. National Assembly of Seychelles terms.
The list is the Assembly's own membership table for the 8th Assembly, captured on 12 December 2025 and checked on 22 October 2026. Every member carries the party and office the Assembly prints, the district where they hold one, and a link to that member's own page on the Assembly's site. The party totals match the declared result of 27 September 2025: United Seychelles 19, Linyon Demokratik Seselwa 15. One caveat: the Assembly prints no party beside the Speaker, so the 19-15 split shown rests on the declared election result, which counts her with United Seychelles. The Assembly publishes no date on which each member took office, so the date shown for every member is 28 October 2025, when the 8th Assembly first sat and swore in its members; that is the start of the term and not an individual swearing-in date. The Assembly prints no vote counts, so none are shown. Photographs are the Assembly's own images for 14 of the 34 members, resized only and linked to the original file; where the archive held only a small thumbnail, the member is shown without a photograph.
