The same number of interviews can be a small job or a large one. The audience matters most: the general public on their phones is the simplest, while company decision-makers or hard-to-reach groups take real effort to find. Each extra country and language adds translation, testing and checking. Interviewers on the ground cost more than panel messaging. Long questionnaires and open-ended questions that need coding add time, and so does a live dashboard or a repeat round.
