How Prof. Babalola strengthens PollsAfrica studies

On a PollsAfrica study, an advisor is a named person who answers for the work, not a name on a list. Mayowa Babalola advises on studies of leadership, workplace culture and AI ethics.

Leadership and workplace studies

Mayowa Babalola advises on how a survey asks about leaders, ethical conduct and workplace behaviour, drawing on his research on how leaders shape ethics at work.

AI ethics

He advises on studies of how organisations and workers use AI, and on how responsible use is measured.

Culture and well-being

He advises on studies of organisational culture and the effect of work on workers and their families.

The aim is questions and findings that an organisation, a researcher and a funder can all rely on.
