Effective 1 Jan 2026. Set by National Tripartite Committee communique on the 2026 National Daily Minimum Wage (Labour Act 2003, Act 651, s.113(1)(a)), dated 9 November 2025.

Ghana sets a single national daily minimum wage each year through the tripartite committee; for 2026 it is GH₵21.77 a day. The committee's statement gives 15 January 2026 as the implementation date and asks employers to adjust pay from 1 January 2026.
