Effective 1 Jan 2026. Set by Labour Institutions (Minimum Wage for Private Sector) Order, 2025 (Government Notice 605A of 13 October 2025).

Tanzania has no single national minimum: the 2025 Order sets monthly minimums for 15 private-sector groups and 175,000 shillings for any other private-sector employer.
